Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders from within the state of California. California State law requires sales tax charged on the full amount of the order. Shipping and handling are considered part of the product, and by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated. Sales tax will automatically be added to your order when applicable.

Domestic Shipping

Within the United States, we ship USPS Priority Mail. USPS will deliver your package within 2-3 business days after we process and ship your order.

NOTE: It usually takes us a day or two to complete, process, and ship a domestic order.

International Shipping

SMARTGYM orders outside the United States are shipped U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days. However, please note that your country's customs can hold packages for several weeks, and we have no control over an international package once it leaves the United States.


Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. All returned products should be in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging.

To return an item:

  1. Place the item in the original shipping box or package. If you have discarded the original shipping carton, you may return your order in any kind of packaging that protects the product.

  2. Include a copy of the original invoice.

  3. On the back of the invoice, indicate the reason you are returning the item (wrong or damaged product, or you changed your mind).

We will issue a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling) within five business days of receiving your returned order. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order.
